I write jokes, foster community, and share my passion for pop culture, the arts, and current events for a living.

I’m a social media professional with over nine years of experience crafting social strategies, developing brand guidelines and editorial voice, and translating data points into actionable direction.

I grew up in San Diego, California, and received a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University in Art History and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. After college, I spent four years in Houston, Texas, during which time I ran social media for the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston, and then the Menil Collection. In January 2020 I moved to New York City (talk about timing) to join the Whitney Museum of American Art as Social Media Manager and was later promoted to Senior Social Media Manager.
